Makar Sankranti is also known as Sankranti is the festival dedicated to Surya devaru. It is a harvest festival and the festival of thanksgiving. On the day of Makar Sankranti, divine consciousness is very high, and performing any small spiritual activity on this day provides a person with a high benefit in manifolds.

Sankranti puja starts when the Surya enters the Makara Rashi, by offering flowers and Akshath, our priest will perform the puja as per Shastras and Vidhana to get the blessings of the lord.
