Pujabooking.com thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise on our product pages and provided in written. We make every effort to service the order/s placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each product/Service. If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the merchants the order is not shipped by the seller then the order shall be cancelled and refunded. All refund requests are to be placed within 15 days of receipt of receiving the product. Refunds shall not be processed No refund under these circumstances:

  • If the product we receive is damaged or you have damaged it
  • If you have used the product, or the product has any wear and tear;
  • Mishandled product
  • Product damaged by the logistics company
  • We did not receive the returned product

In the event the order/product is delivered and You have requested for refund due to faulty product, delivery of wrong product, partial product etc the refund is processed and we will deduct the delivery charges, along with any other cost incurred by us. You understand and agree that any and/or all charges levied by the customs, international taxes etc., shall be borne by You.

Cancellation

As a User, you may cancel Your order at any time until the order has been processed from the merchant(s), after being placed. In such a case we will refund payments, if any, already made by you under the relevant order. Any return or refund is as per the return and refund policy of that particular vendor.

The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):

  • if it suspects a customer has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
  • if it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use, or
  • in case of unavailability of a product, or
  • for any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
  • if the Company does not want to do business with the User

Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of product specifications and pricing, the details of a product as reflected on the Website may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect product information provided to the Company by a supplier and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Company. In such event, the Company reserves the right to cancel your order and refund any money that may have been paid by you towards purchase of such products.

We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users, and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.

Returns and Refunds

No refunds shall be processed if the Service has been provided to the User. All refund request for puja/astrology need to raised one week prior to the original booking date. No refunds shall be processed if the professionals have already started working on the Service or Pandit reaches the onsite address late and/or if the puja was not conducted on time, on your account.

In case a User is not satisfied with the quality of the product, such as, but not limited to wrong size of the order, is in used condition, broken while received, etc. we shall replace the product with a similar product. In case there is non-availability of a replacement of the product, we shall refund your money that may have been paid by you for the purchase of the product within fifteen (15) days from the day if Your request for refund is accepted. The money will either be refunded to you or store credit shall be offered. The product has to be returned in the same condition it was delivered. In case of any complaint regarding the quality of the product or a complaint seeking to return the product you must raise a complaint with us at support@pujabooking.com within fifteen (15) days from the day the product was delivered. The product will be checked by us before it is returned. In case the product is found to be damaged or if it is found in a condition different than it was sold to the User, the product shall not be returned.

Shipping

We offer paid shipping services and this shipping shall be done by a third-party logistics company. We may change the third-party logistics company at our will without any notification. If You prefer the product to be shipped by logistics company of Your choice, it should be agreed and paid for, during the transaction and not after placing the order.

Delivery could take a little longer for remote locations and shall depend on the third-party logistic company’s policies. Orders are dispatched within 7 working days, after necessary time is taken to prepare the order. The Company cannot be held liable, if in a case there is a delay in dispatching the order due to an unforeseen circumstance. Delivery shall be based on the type of product that is being purchased. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Products are not shipped on Sundays, public holidays or during non-working hours.

Users are requested to enter the correct billing address and contact information as it appears on Your bank or credit card statement. Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match exactly what your bank or credit card provider has on file. Some transactions may also be held for further verification by Our customer experience team. Make sure to also enter the correct shipping address (Street number and name, City, State, and Pin code) as We are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is not entered correctly.

If in a situation, the order has not been delivered to you and has been returned to Us due to Your unavailability, You would be liable to pay the charges for re-delivering the product to You. The Company/ Website does not track the shipment or follow up with the third-party logistics company, We have partnered with, on the status of the shipment.
